Allograft bone, when the graft is a sample of bone tissue taken from another donor. This sample has been treated to achieve neutrality and immunity to prevent rejection and infection.
Alloplastic bone, when the grafting is a synthetic material, is perfectly biocompatible.
There is a fourth bone graft material called Xenographic, in which processed bovine bone is used to create a natural substitute for human bone.

How is sinus lift surgery done?
