Hello guys, today I want to help you avoid bad breath in the morning. This is a common problem among people. I think we all have been there, waking up and having a foul breath. This can be caused by a lot of reasons, but it can be solved easily nonetheless. So do not be worried and keep reading if this sounds interesting for you. I promise this will be very fun and instructive.

First of all I want to remind you guys that

Brush your teeth before sleep

Couple Brushing Teeth | Los Algodones Dentists

The first thing you have to know is that you have to brush your teeth before going to bed. It one of the last thing you must do in the day. Never go to sleep without brushing your teeth. This can not only ruin your breath, it will ruin your teeth. The reason behind this is that you will spend 8 hour or so without cleaning your teeth. It can be really devastating on your dental hygiene.

I suggest brushing your teeth at least 3 times a day so you can keep your smile neat. Remember to use slow and gentle movements to avoid harming your teeth and gums. For a fresh breath you have to pay close attention to your gums, cheeks and tongue. Soft tissue in your mouth is also important for dental hygiene. To improve your breath, brush these parts too, do not ignore them.

Food debris tends to get stuck in the soft tissue and between teeth. For this you want to brush softly so you do not cut yourself. Also, using dental floss will help to get rid of said food debris. It is important that you get it out of the way as it can rot and that is what gives you bad breath. After brushing and flossing, using antiseptic mouthwash will help to kill bacteria and germs that cause foul breath.

Drinking lots of water

Having a dry mouth really does not help to the cause. You mouth’s cells can really smell bad when dried. This can be fixed easily by drinking lots of water. Drinking water before going to bed helps. But what you really want is to be well hydrated throughout the day. So strive for 8 glasses of water at least to keep your mouth moist and clean.

The reason behind this is because of saliva. Saliva acts as a natural barrier and defense against germs and bacteria. The only way to produce it is with water, so you can see where do this goes. Without water, your body cannot produce saliva, and without it you r mouth is dry hence, bad breath. So now you know, drink a lot of water my friend, it will do good for your body.

Also you want to avoid things that dry your mouth. Sugar, alcohol and tobacco can cause easily a dry mouth. Avoid consuming them in excess and opt for more natural solutions like fruits. Apples, pears and watermelon are excellent choices. Any natural juice can improve your dental health by a lot. I strongly suggest to introduce in your diet if you wish to get rid of bad breath.

Avoid bad breath by having breakfast early

This is a little tip I earned myself not so long ago. Eating breakfast early in the morning help immensely to avoid that foul breath in the morning. Especially if you eat fruits like we stated above, your mouth will not be as dry as before. The first thing you can do in the morning is drink a glass of water, and then eat breakfast. After you are done with your meal, go and brush your teeth.

Diet is a huge part of dental hygiene, so you should also be wary of what you eat. I suggest as I said before, to carry on with a balanced diet. Too much colorant, junk food, and sugar ruin your teeth. You need vitamins and nutrients from all sorts of food. Bring a little of everything and your teeth will look amazing and your breath will be fresh.

I am not saying to quit all the delicious food and drinks. Just t be moderate and do not neglect your dental hygiene. The trick to not have bad breath is to eat right, brush your teeth and going to the dentist.

Your dentist will help you with bad breath

These are some of the things you can do at home to improve your breath and dental health. Even so, the only thing you can do to get things done is to visit a dentist. Regular checkups and cleaning will improve your dental hygiene and of course, your breath. I suggest scheduling an appointment every 6 months to get cleaning. That way you can also protect your teeth by detecting any disease and act in time.
